Medicare is our country's health insurance program for:
■ People aged 65 or older
■ Under age 65 with certain disabilities
■ Anyone with End-Stage Renal Disease.
Medicare has different parts:
Part A - Hospital Coverage
Part B - Medical Coverage
Part C - Medicare Advantage
Part D- Prescription Drug Coverage
Medicare Part A and Part B are known as Original Medicare.
Part A- usually provided at no cost.
Part B standard premium is $164.90/mo. Those with higher income pay more for Part B (Medical) and Part D (Prescription Drug) coverage.
If you're turning 65 soon and haven't started Social Security Income, please call the Social Security Administration (SSA) at

These "supplemental" plans provide secondary coverage to Original Medicare.
Plans may pay all or part of the hospital deductible, copays and the 20% of medical expenses remaining after Medicare pays.
Medicare pays first, the plan pays second.
Since these plans help plug the financial "gaps" in Original Medicare Parts A & B, they are also known as Medigap plans.
Medigap Plan G and Plan N are popular and provide good financial protection. Other letter plans are available.
Original Medicare allows the use of any provider who accepts Medicare patients. No networks, no referrals. Easy!
In addition to a Medicare Supplement, you'll need to buy a (Part D) Prescription Drug Plan for prescription coverage.
Dental & Vision plans may also be purchased separately.
We offer plans from major brands.
Please call (602) 960-3807 for major brand quotes.
With Medicare Advantage (Part C) Plans you get your Medicare benefits from the Medicare health plan you choose.
Plans may provide hospital, medical and prescription drug coverage all-in-one plan and may include additional coverage for routine physicals, eye exams, eyewear, hearing exams, fitness benefits, dental services and more. Benefits vary by plan.
For each health care service, you pay a copay or a part of the cost. Each plan has a limit to the amount you pay for covered hospital and medical expenses.
Medicare Advantage plans may be available with no monthly plan premium above your Medicare Part B cost or may have a small plan premium.
Most plans include a network of providers that must be used to get care under the plan. Some plans require referrals, some don't. Some plans allow more flexibility and may offer coverage from providers
in-network and out-of-network.
MAPD includes Rx coverage
MA (only) excludes Rx coverage
D-SNP requires AHCCCS/Medicaid
C-SNP requires a special need, like diabetes or cardiovascular disease

Add vision to your dental plan or choose only a vision plan.
Medicare Prescription Drug benefits may be included as part of a Medicare Advantage health plan or may be purchased separately. Those with a Medicare Supplement plan would need to add a separate Part D drug plan.
